- Keep your username, password, and PIN secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

Access to ZBillz may require a paid subscription or software license. Features, device limits, users, locations, and support options may vary depending on the selected plan.
- Subscription fees must be paid according to the selected billing cycle.
- Software licenses may not be transferred without written approval.
- Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated.
- Pricing and plan features may change with prior notice.
5. Free Trials and Demonstrations
ZBillz may offer free trials, demonstrations, or limited-access accounts. Trial availability, duration, and included features may change at any time. A payment method may be required before upgrading to a paid plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ZBillz to:

- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into ZBillz, including product, sales, customer, inventory, and employee information.
By using the service, you authorize ZBillz to process, store, and transmit your data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into ZBillz is accurate and that your use of the platform complies with applicable tax, accounting, consumer protection, employment, and industry-specific laws.

ZBillz may integrate with third-party payment providers, printers, barcode scanners, accounting tools, cloud services, or other hardware and software. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or security of third-party products and services.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, branding, logos, documentation, website content, and technology associated with ZBillz are owned by ZBillz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- Your subscription or invoice remains unpaid.

You may stop using the service at any time. Fees already paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your subscription plan or refund policy.

ZBillz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every business purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZBillz and its owners, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, data, or business opportunities.
